Check in is possible from 2.00 pm. Please check out no later than 11.00 am.

Upon arriving, please ask the reception if it is possible to check-in early or check out late. It costs an additional DKK 200 for checking in early and/or DKK 200 for late check out (until 1.00 pm).

For every additional person in the room, we charge DKK 200 per night. Children between the ages 0 and 2 that sleep in their parents’ bed stay for free. It is possible to get a baby crib with pillow and duvet for DKK 100 per night.

If you require more than 9 rooms, you will need to make a group reservation. In doing such, we ensure that all information is correctly completed and you will receive the best price possible. Complete this form and our booking department will contact you as soon as possible!

We keep all lost and found items for 4 weeks. Following which, any items with visible serial numbers, such as electronics, jewelry and other valuables are handed over to the police’s lost property office. Everything else is then donated to charity.

If you have forgotten something at the hotel, you need to contact the hotel.

You can park your car in Saga car park at Vesterbrogade 23, 1620 Copenhagen V and save 20% on parking if you either buy your parking when booking on our website or registering your license plate in the hotel reception at check-in. It’s possible to park in the car park before arriving to the hotel, as long as you remember to scan the QR code when arriving to the hotel. If you don’t scan the QR code it’s not possible to get the 20% on the parking fee.
You can also park in the nearby streets (for payment) while registering your car. The car park is located approx. 280 meters from the hotel, and you can drive in and out of the car park as often as you wish. Your vehicle cannot be higher than 2 meters.

Price for 24 hours including the 20% discount: DKK 280.

Once your parking is registered, this cannot be changed or refunded (nor upon early departure).
If you do not book your parking through Zleep, the parking price per 24 hours is DKK 350.

We are happy to welcome you and your dog from July 1st, 2023.

Please be aware that the hotels have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms and that there are special guidelines that need to be kept.

At Zleep Hotel Copenhagen City, we only allow dogs in Economy rooms.

A fee of DKK 150 per dog per room needs to be paid. (A maximum of 2 dogs per room)

The hotel in Copenhagen is open 24/7. However, we do wish to inform you that the main entrance is locked after midnight for security reasons. If you are already checked in, you can use your keycard to unlock the door. If you are not checked in or have not made a reservation, please ring the bell by the door.

All smoking is prohibited inside the hotels, but you are of course welcome to smoke outside. If you smoke inside the hotel, you will be charged DKK 2,500 for extra cleaning and an additional DKK 5,000 if you touch the smoke detector! An alert is sent directly to the chief of the fire department should you touch the smoke detector.

We will gladly help you to order a taxi; both as a preorder or as an immediate pickup. If you need a taxi to Copenhagen Airport, we can order a taxi with the fixed price of DKK 300.

There is limited space for the storage of baggage. It’s not possible to book storage space in advance. Therefore we offer early check-in for 100 DKK or late check-out (1 pm) for 100 DKK if there is no storage available. Otherwise you can store your baggage at Copenhagen Central Station which is 3 minutes walk away from our hotel.
