On October 31st 2022, the first Zleep hotel in Spain opens. The hotel will also be the first Zleep hotel south of the Danish-German border and will be located at Madrid-Barajas Airport. In addition, this will be the largest Zleep hotel to date with a total of 281 rooms and 8 Zleep Living rooms.
A limited-service hotel in Spain
Although Zleep is now moving 2,000 miles down south, the hotel product will continue to be recognizable. The beds will be of high quality, the interior will be of Scandinavian design and the atmosphere will of course be cozy – exactly as you know it, from other Zleep hotels. In addition to the 281 rooms and the 8 Zleep Living rooms, the hotel will also include a lounge and breakfast area. In other words, Madrid and the city’s many visitors can look forward to a limited-service hotel with high quality at attractive prices when the hotel opens its doors on later this year. However, before Zleep Hotel Madrid Airport is finished, the current office building at the address must be converted into a hotel.
Madrid as a nerve centre
Madrid-Barajas Airport is an international airport only 12 kilometers from the center of Madrid. The airport is also Spain’s largest. From Madrid there are direct flights to Europe, the United States, South America and Africa, which of course makes the city an attractive meeting point for business travelers from all over the world. In fact, the city attracts more than five million business travelers each year. In addition, the city’s infrastructure is good and far-reaching.
Madrid as a destination
In addition to being the capital of Spain, Madrid is a cultural, stylish and not least green city full of contrasts. Here you will find both impressive buildings from the Spanish Golden Age and new, modern architecture that complement each other beautifully. In the city’s many parks, you can find the most beautiful scenery, and the streets boom with exhibitions, concerts and theaters. Major attractions include the Royal Palace, the Prado Art Museum and Plaza de Cibeles. In Madrid you can experience a modern city full of history.
