We match the best price
We strive to always have the best and lowest prices on zleep.com. If you, however, find a lower price for a stay at Zleep Hotels elsewhere, you are welcome to contact us and we will then adjust the price correspondingly. In other words, if you can document a lower price via an external sales channel, we promise to match the price. The reservation specifications must of course be the same.
Whether you have already booked a stay on zleep.com and later find a lower price, or prior to your reservation are comparing prices across channels, makes no difference. We price match in both cases. However, the following conditions must be met before the price guarantee can be obtained.
Conditions for the price guarantee
- The booking specifications must be the same including arrival and departure date, number of people, number of rooms, room type, hotel, currency, cancellation options and terms and conditions.
- If you have found a lower price this must be documented with a screenshot. The screenshot must show all the reservation specifications. Therefore, be sure to copy the entire screen. In this way, we can ensure that the conditions for price matching are met.
- If you find a better price after already making your reservation at zleep.com, the documentation must be received by us no later than 24 hours after the time of booking and no later than 72 hours before arrival. If you find a price difference when researching prices prior to making your reservation, this must also be received by us no later than 72 hours before the desired arrival.
Request a price match
If you come across a price lower than the one available on zleep.com and at the same time comply with the abovementioned conditions, simply send an email to booking@zleep.com. The email must contain the following information:
- Reservation number at Zleep
- Full name
- Phone number
- Screenshot(s) of all reservation details
- Link to the provider of the lower price
