If you require more than 9 rooms, you will need to make a group reservation. In doing such, we ensure that all information is correctly completed and you will receive the best price possible. Complete this form and our booking department will contact you as soon as possible.

We keep all lost and found items for 4 weeks. Following which, any items with visible serial numbers, such as electronics, jewelry and other valuables are handed over to the police’s lost property office. Everything else is then donated to charity.

If you have forgotten something at the hotel, notify us by e-mail with information such as your name, the date of your stay, name of the hotel, the room number and description of the lost item.

At Zleep Hotel Horsens we accept the majority of all credit and debit cards as a means of payment.

The reception is closed at night, but it is still possible to check in using the self-service machine in the entrance at the main entrance.

All smoking is prohibited inside the hotels, but you are of course welcome to smoke outside. If you smoke inside the hotel, you will be charged DKK 1,500 for extra cleaning and an additional DKK 5,000 if you touch the smoke detector. An alert is sent directly to the chief of the fire department should you touch the smoke detector.

We serve a good breakfast buffet partly with organic products. In the buffet you will find an assortment of rolls, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, muesli, cold cuts and pastries. In addition, we also offer a selection of gluten-free alternatives.

The buffet is open all week. The price is DKK 129 per adult per day and DKK 89 per child per day (up to the age of 12). Children below the age of 3 eat for free.

For every additional person in the room, we charge DKK 200 per night. Children between the ages 0 and 2 that sleep in their parents’ bed stay for free. It is possible to get a baby crib with pillow and duvet for DKK 100 per night.

We may kindly ask you to respect the following regulations:

• It is allowed to bring max. 2 dogs per room.
• Please follow the leash duty for dogs throughout the hotel. The leash must be max. length of 2 m.
• Please place the “Dog in the room” sign on your room door whenever your dog is in the room.
• Please inform the reception if your dog is left unattended in the room, and make sure the “Dog in the room” sign is placed on your room door.
• If your dog is inside the room, housekeeping will not be entering the room. Instead, you can leave the room with the dog if you want it to be cleaned. In this case, remember to inform the reception.
• If our team members must enter your room, we kindly ask you to hold your dog on a short leash or leave the room with your dog during this time.
• Please be aware that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area and fitness.
• Please be aware that you as the owner of the dog are liable for all physical or material damage caused by your dog. These damages must be mentioned immediately at the reception.
• The price for bringing your dog is DKK 150 per dog per day.
• Please note that service dogs are excluded from this policy. We kindly ask you to provide us with your service dog legitimation or a similar document.
