A newly renovated hotel
Hotel Merkur, built in 1967, was taken over by Zleep Hotels in 2014. In cooperation with the owner of the building, Aros Insurance, the hotel went through a complete and thorough renovation before being relaunched. All rooms and facilities have been transformed to a modern hotel, but still with design references to its original 60’s style that is characterized by a raw, industrial look. The 126 modern rooms are furnished with quality furniture. In the room you will particularly appreciate the great bed and the high quality shower. In the cozy basement lounge by the reception we serve a nice, varied breakfast buffet. Here you get a wide selection of breakfast products, such as bread rolls, rye bread, yoghurt, coffee, juice, cold cuts, eggs and much more. You can purchase the breakfast when reserving your room or upon arrival. The reason the breakfast is not included in the price is because we want to offer you the opportunity to choose where you want to eat. That makes your morning more flexible.

Rent a bike for DKK 120 per day.
The buffet is open all week. The price is DKK 129 per adult per day and DKK 89 per child per day (up to the age of 12). Children below the age of 3 eat for free.

Check in is possible from 2.00 pm. Please check out no later than 11.00 am.
Upon arriving, please ask the reception if it is possible to check in early or check out late. It costs an additional DKK 200 for checking in early and/or DKK 200 for late check out (until 1.00 pm).
For every additional person in the room, we charge DKK 200 per night. Children between the ages 0 and 2 that sleep in their parents’ bed stay for free. It is possible to get a baby crib with pillow and duvet for DKK 100 per night.
If you require more than 9 rooms, you will need to make a group reservation. In doing such, we ensure that all information is correctly completed and you will receive the best price possible. Complete this form and our booking department will contact you as soon as possible!
We keep all lost and found items for 4 weeks. Following which, any items with visible serial numbers, such as electronics, jewelry and other valuables are handed over to the police’s lost property office. Everything else is then donated to charity.
If you have forgotten something at the hotel, you need to contact the hotel.
It is free to park by the hotel and Viby Centret. A parking machine is present in the reception, you must fill out your car’s registration number as well as your e-mail and phone number. You also have access to a parking garage with video surveillance which is locked at night. All parking is at your own risk, but the securest solution is the free parking garage. Remember to get your car registered at the parking machine in the reception!
There are also 10 charging stations in the parking garage from Clever.
We accept the majority of all credit and debit cards as a means of payment.
We are happy to welcome you and your dog from July 1st, 2023.
Please be aware that the hotels have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms and that there are special guidelines that need to be kept.

The reception is closed at night, but it is still possible to gain access using your keycard or check in using the yellow self-service machine.
All smoking is prohibited inside the hotels, but you are of course welcome to smoke outside. If you smoke inside the hotel, you will be charged DKK 1,500 for extra cleaning and an additional DKK 5,000 if you touch the smoke detector! An alert is sent directly to the chief of the fire department should you touch the smoke detector.
