The buffet is open all week. The price is DKK 129 per adult per day and DKK 89 per child per day (up to the age of 12). Children below the age of 3 eat for free.

Check-in is possible from 2.00 pm. Please check out no later than 11.00 am.

Upon arriving, please ask the reception if it is possible to check-in early or check-out late. It costs an additional DKK 200 for checking in early and/or DKK 200 an hour for check out late (until 1.00 pm).

Children between the ages 0 and 2 that sleep in their parents’ bed stay for free. It is possible to get a baby crib with pillow and duvet for DKK 100 per night.

If you require more than 9 rooms, you will need to make a group reservation. In doing such, we ensure that all information is correctly completed and you will receive the best price possible. Complete this form and our booking department will contact you as soon as possible!

We keep all lost and found items for 4 weeks. Following which, any items with visible serial numbers, such as electronics, jewelry and other valuables are handed over to the police’s lost property office. Everything else is then donated to charity.

If you have forgotten something at the hotel, you need to contact the hotel.

As a guest of Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena, you can park at the parking garage next to the hotel at an advantageous price. The price per day is DKK 125. The parking garage is situated in the same building as Burger King via Hannemanns Allé.

The parking places are on the 1^st floor and marked with a Zleep-sign. We draw attention to the limited number of parking places available. Thus, we cannot guarantee that a parking place will be available when you arrive.

When arriving at the parking garage, please park your car and proceed to the hotel reception where you will find an iPad. Register your parking and as soon as you have received a confirmation text, your parking has begun. Afterward, you will have to tell the receptionist for how many days you will be parked, and the payment will be added to your invoice.

You can drive in and out of the parking garage as much as you want when you have been registered correctly.

The hotel is not responsible for issuing fines.

Wrong information or illegal parking will result in a parking ticket.

Parking is at your own risk. Once the parking has been registered it cannot be changed or refunded.

We draw attention to the height limit of the car being 2.10 meters.

We accept the majority of all credit and debit cards as a means of payment.

We are happy to welcome you and your dog from July 1st, 2023.

Please be aware that the hotels have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms and that there are special guidelines that need to be kept.
