The doors of the new Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes by Lake Geneva in Switzerland only a few kilometers from the city center opened in June 2024. The new hotel is forming part of a mixed-use concept including 300 student apartments, 30 further residential units, retail outlets, offices, and public car parks.
About the hotel and the area
The new-build Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes is featured by the smart interior design which is typical of the brand. There is 120 rooms with modern fixtures and fittings, a lobby complete with reception area, a breakfast restaurant and a bar. Guests can enjoy magnificent views of the hotel’s surroundings from a generously proportioned terrace. The project meets sustainable construction standards and is be built according to Switzerland’s “Minergie” scheme.
The hotel is located in the city’s educational center where around 50,000 students, important research centres and start-up incubators can all be found in the immediate vicinity. This so-called “Health Valley” helps pave the way for innovations in the life sciences and for technology-oriented companies.

Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes
Our hotel reception is closed from 23:00 to 05:00.
If you arrive during this time, in addition to the reservation number, which you received in advance by email, you will need a smartphone to scan the QR code on the hotel entrance door and obtain an access code. Kindly use the access code to open the front door of the hotel.
At the same time, we will send you a further QR code by e-mail with which you can check-in more quickly at the guest terminal (self-service machine). Please note: A valid credit card is required as payment for the check-in.
You can also use this QR code to get the key card at the guest terminal.
If you already have a key card, you can of course use it to enter the hotel as well as your hotel room.
Depending on the conditions of the booked rate, you can cancel your stay at Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes until 14:00 on the day of arrival. If you do not cancel your stay by this time, you will be charged the price of the first night. Your stay will then be registered as a “no-show”.
At Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes we keep all lost and found items for three months.
In this hotel you easily pay cashless. Cash is no longer accepted – this applies to breakfast, bars, restaurants and all other payment points. In Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes we accept the majority of all credit and debit cards as a means of payment.
