1. Are group reservations different from regular reservations?
Yes. If you need more than 5 rooms, please fill out this form which will be sent to our booking department.
2. Can I cancel my reservation?
A FlexPrice stayover can be cancelled until 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. The cancellation must be made either on this website or directly by contacting the hotel, you are staying at. A BestPrice-reservation cannot be cancelled. Cancel your reservation here.
3. I have made my booking through another website, how do I cancel?
If this is the case, then you need to go to the other website, where you booked your stayover, to change or cancel your reservation.
4. Why do you need my credit card when I am not prepaying?
When you book a FlexPrice stayover, we do not charge anything on your credit card before you arrive at the hotel. Still, we need the information as it is used as a guarantee for your reservation and the stayover. This means that we charge a sum of money, e.g. in case you do not show up without having cancelled. (If you have reserved more than one stayover, we only charge an amount that equals the first night; the remaining nights are deleted from the system*).
Another reason we need your credit card information is that it is used as a guarantee in case you damage some of the hotel’s belongings during your stay.
*this does not apply to BestPrice reservations.
5. Can I check in early?
You can ask at the reception upon arrival if it is possible to purchase an early check-in. Early check in costs an additional DKK 100. We can never guarantee that you can check in early as we need to make sure your room has been cleaned first. Regular check in is at 2.00 pm.
6. I am arriving late in the evening/night. Is it possible to check in?
Yes, check in is always possible, even at the hotels that are not staffed 24/7. If you arrive at a hotel outside of the reception’s opening hours, you can check yourself in by using the self-service check in machine that is available by the main entrance. If you need any help, you will always be able to contact us on +45 70 235 635. We will help you all the way in to your room.
7. When is check out?
Check out is no later than 11.00 am. You can ask at the reception if it is possible to purchase a late check out for an additional DKK 100 (until 1.00 pm). Whether it is possible depends on the availability of the room the following day. If the room is booked for use again, it needs cleaning before the new guest arrives, and it is not possible to check out later than 11.00 am.
8. How do I connect to the WiFi?
Choose the network ‘Zleep [city name]’. Are you using a cell phone, a login page should open by itself. Are you using a laptop, open a browser and a page of your choosing, and a login page should appear. Follow the instructions and you are online. If it does not work, please ask for help at the reception or call +45 70 235 635. We are ready to help.
9. Am I allowed to smoke in the hotel and in my room?
All smoking is prohibited inside the hotels, but you are of course welcome to smoke outside. If you smoke inside the hotel, you will be charged DKK 1,500 for extra cleaning and an additional DKK 5,000 if you touch the smoke detector. An alert is sent directly to the chief of the fire department, should you touch the smoke detector.
10. What does breakfast cost?
Our delicious, organic breakfast buffet can be purchased for just DKK 119 per adult per day. The price for children (from 3 to 12 years old) is DKK 89 per child per day. Breakfast is free for children below the age of 3. You can purchase breakfast when making your reservation on the website, when checking in on the self-service machine or at the reception counter. Please note, that Zleep Hotel Copenhagen City offers breakfast in cooperation with the café MADE and that Zleep Hotel Upplands Väsby offers breakfast in the connecting restaurant Delibruket J12. The prices and products at these hotels therefore vary from a standard Zleep breakfast.
11. What does the breakfast consist of?
At most of our hotels, we serve a Scandinavian breakfast buffet, which consists of a selection of breakfast products, such as bread rolls, slices of bread, eggs, cold cuts, marmalade, butter, Nutella, yoghurt, pastries and more. Furthermore, there is always a coffee machine where you can brew coffee, tea and hot cocoa as well as a juice machine. Read more about our breakfast buffet.
At a few hotels, we provide af different breakfast solution with partners. At each hotel page you can find information about the type of breakfast that is served at the hotel.
12. Are there towels, bed sheets and linen in the room?
Yes. Your bed is made when you arrive, and there is a small and large towel for each person staying in the room.
13. What do I do in case I forgot something?
We keep all lost and found items for 4 weeks. Following which, any items with visible serial numbers, such as electronics, jewelry and other valuables are handed over to the police’s lost property office. Everything else is then donated to charity.
If you have forgotten something at the hotel, you have two options:
- Notify us by e-mail with information such as your name, the date of your stay, name of the hotel, the room number and description of the lost item
- Fill in this contact form at Foundit
If you want your item shipped to your home address, Foundit will handle delivery and payment.
14. How old do I need to be to book a room at Zleep?
To book a room at Zleep you must be 18 years old. People under the age of 18 must check in with an adult, and both must stay at the hotel at the same time (not necessarily in the same room). If you reserve a room for a minor, you are responsible for this person whether you stay in the same room or not.
15. Can I bring my pet?
No. Pets are not allowed at a Zleep hotel.
