Zleep Hotels introduces a bonus scheme to all permanently employed

July 13th, 2022

By introducing a collective bonus scheme, Zleep Hotels acknowledges its employees’ great work effort and commitment. The bonus scheme benefits all who is permanently employed with a contract of minimum 10 hours a week.

”At Zleep Hotels, we are all a part of the same value chain and nobody can be spared. Without housekeeping, we will not have any clean rooms. Without a booking department, we will not have any reservations. And without our receptionists, we cannot provide a service. Our results are based of team efforts which is why it is important to acknowledge every member of the organization,” says Tina Berning, Director of Human Resources at Zleep Hotels, and continues: “I am proud to be a part of a company that understands and is able to invest in its employees.”

The size of the bonus depends on seniority, type of position, and the number of weekly working hours and will be released upon concluded annual accounts if the yearly turnover targets are met. According to Zleep Hotels’ CEO, Peter Haaber, the bonus scheme is an important work when promoting motivation:

”I have great respect for the employees. They all do a really good job every day and this must first and foremost be rewarded. In addition, we have great goals for the future and if these are to be realized, it will take an extra team effort. An effort I of course hope to motivate,” says Peter Haaber, CEO of Zleep Hotels, about the incentive to introduce the collective bonus scheme.

The bonus scheme will become effective after 12 months of employment and will be paid out to both the operating staff and the administration.
