Zleep Hotels creates international path of career – Bettina took the chance

To draw on strong internal resources and to make career dreams come true have always been highly prioritized by Zleep Hotels in recruiting processes. Now the hotel chain has done it again.

Three years ago, Bettina Wähling started as Head of Marketing in Zleep Hotels’ marketing department as maternity cover. Today she holds an international position as ‘Manager International Marketing, Economy Brands’ at Deutsche Hospitality, main shareholder of Zleep Hotels. In her new position Bettina Wähling will be responsible for implementing Zleep Hotels’ marketing standards on the European market in close collaboration with Zleep Hotels’ Nordic department of marketing, which is managed by Maria Wagner. Besides the upcoming opening of Zleep Hotel Madrid Airport, Deutsche Hospitality has already published three new projects in Germany, two in Switzerland and one in the Czech Republic and even more projects are in the pipeline.

Possibilities, courage, and new markets
A lot can happen in three years. Especially for those with the courage to seize new challenges. Bettina Wähling had that exact courage when she got headhunted during the last months of her maternity cover by Deutsche Hospitality.

”To have the responsibility to implement Zleep Hotels’ marketing onto the European market, is not a possibility you get twice. It is very exciting and an amazing challenge to sell Zleep Hotels on a whole new market”, says Bettina Wähling and continues: “The first upcoming hotel is already at hand. Zleep Hotel Madrid Airport opens the 3rd of August this year and many marketing activities are already in motion.”

Internal recruitments make for international career possibilities
According to Zleep Hotels’ CEO, Bettina Whäling’s change in career is the first in line of what hopefully will be many changes towards international matter:
