Strengthening of management in growing hotel chain

Within a short period of time, three unique profiles have become part of Zleep Hotels’ management team, which now consists of a total of six people. The company’s strengthening is happening to accommodate the increasing interest in the brand and its expected development in the years to come. Collectively, more than 70 years’ experience is brought into the ambitious hotel chain.
Three experienced profiles
In October, Ghita Hessellund Hansen began as Revenue Manager, an experienced pricing strategist from, among other organizations, Radisson Blu and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. One month later, Jesper Østerhegn was hired as Executive Officer and will improve the company’s investment potential through his many years’ experience from the finance and real estate industries. In a month’s time, one of the industry’s HR stars, Tina Berning, joins Zleep Hotels to develop its HR department from scratch.
A strategic journey
Since 2012, Zleep has undergone a huge transformation, which is visible both in the growing number of hotels as well as in the many renovation projects at nearly all of its existing hotels. The quality increase of the hotels in general, the update of its visual identity, and the strengthening of its management team make Zleep Hotels ready to realize its goal of operating 20 hotels in 2020. The continuous pipeline indicates that this should be achievable, and Zleep Hotels believes that the brand’s potential reaches even further.
