Passionate profile returns to hospitality

From Bell boy to Revenue Manager and now Hotel Manager. Marcus Graham has more or less taken the classic route through the hotel industry as he has climbed the ladder of one of the world’s largest hotel chains for the past 9 years. Marcus’s mindset and skills were exactly what Zleep Hotels was looking for to fill the position of Hotel Manager at Zleep Hotel Ishøj.

Passionate about the hotel industry

After 4 years as Revenue Manager at Radisson Blu in Jordan, Marcus returned home to Denmark. Among his greatest passions are training and coaching employees, and he has plenty of experience with this from his work abroad. Back in Copenhagen, Marcus tried his strength with sales positions and training assignments in another industry for a couple of years, but something was missing:

“When I returned home from a long stay abroad, I wanted to try something completely new, but I’ve realized that my passion lies with the hotel industry,” says Marcus Graham.

Emphatic, experienced leader

As an ambitious and young profile with several management positions, Marcus is the ideal candidate for the hotel in Ishøj. Here, Marcus will become part of a Danish hotel chain with a growth spurt. His passion and work morale are a perfect fit for Zleep Hotels’ values, and Marcus will easily become part of the organizational culture.

“I strongly believe that great results can only be achieved through skilled and motivated colleagues. It is important to me that my colleagues develop, and that we can determine goals that comply with our ambitions as well as the hotel’s and the brand’s goal,” explains Marcus Graham.
